Qualifications

Essential criteria

• Good standard of education to GCSE (or equivalent) grade level 4/C or above in English and Maths

Desirable criteria

• NVQ3 in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience

Experience

Essential criteria

• Experience working in an administrative role within a busy environment
• Experience of using computer systems (e.g. Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience of accurate data entry and maintaining records

Desirable criteria

• Experience working in recruitment, HR or NHS environment
• Experience using TRAC, ESR or similar recruitment systems
• Experience supporting high-volume administrative processes

Disclosure & Barring Check Fee

Where your role requires a DBS check, the Trust will pay the fee upfront and reclaim the cost (including a £5 admin fee) from your first month's salary. Volunteers are exempt.
