What you'll be doing

At the heart of the House of Commons, our Recruitment Team delivers a high-quality, people-focused hiring service across the House and Joint Departments. You will also lead on proactively sourcing high-calibre digital and technology talent, building and maintaining talent pipelines to support current and future recruitment needs. You will play a key role in promoting and enhancing the PDS employer brand to attract the best candidates to Parliament.

This is a fast-paced and collaborative role where you will build trusted relationships with stakeholders across Parliament, develop innovative attraction strategies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes. You will lead on delivering an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers within the Parliamentary Digital Service, ensuring recruitment is efficient, inclusive, compliant, and aligned with the values of the House of Commons.

This role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with an expectation of you spending 40% of your time in the office.
