Person specificationQualifications Essential criteria - Educated to GCSE level in English Language and Maths or equivalent
- ECDL or equivalent experience
Desirable criteria - NVQ 3 Business and Administration or equivalent experience
Experience Essential criteria - Experience of supervision of Administration/Secretarial Staff
- Previous experience and/or can demonstrate an overall understanding patient pathways
- Systems administration experience
Desirable criteria - Experience of working in the NHS in an administration role
- Experience of using PAS, databases, e-track Anglia Ice, MS office and Excel Spreadsheets
Skills Essential criteria - Can demonstrate good standards of written and verbal communication, at all levels
Aptitudes Essential criteria - Flexible and responsive to change and work across site if needed.
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Able to deal tactfully in sensitive situations
