Reception & Information Assistant (on-site)
Starting salary is £25,803 per annum
37 hours per week, 52 weeks a year

We are looking for a friendly, professional and enthusiastic individual to provide a positive, efficient and effective information and reception service, supporting and advising learners, visitors, and staff with a wide range of general enquiries.

To apply you should have excellent communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to work pro-actively with a customer - focused approach. It would be desirable for you to hold a relevant Level 3 qualification.

The main base for this post is the Ipswich Campus, however Suffolk New College is a multi-campus, therefore you may be required to work at and travel between campuses such as the Town Centre, Cornhill location.
