Student Experience Assistant - Reception ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Student Experience Assistant to join our Front of House Reception team.

This varied role combines reception, learner support, administration and student engagement. You will be one of the first points of contact for students and visitors, providing excellent customer service, supporting learner engagement activities, maintaining records, and assisting with Student Zone and library services.

The successful candidate will have:

• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong IT and administrative abilities
• Experience working in a busy, multi-functional role
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and supporting learners

Experience within Further or Higher Education is desirable but not essential.
