Person specificationEducation and Qualifications Essential criteria - NVQ Level 4/Higher education certificate/BTEC or equivalent

Desirable criteria - Substantial experience in supporting clinical research
Knowledge & Experience Essential criteria - Awareness of the Research environment within the NHS
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office Programmes
- Knowledge/ understanding of Data Protection
- Ability to accurately interpret, analyse and present data
- Knowledge of Clinical Research
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
Desirable criteria - Knowledge/ understanding of ICH GCP
- Knowledge of Local Portfolio Management Systems and their use in research management
- Experience of using NHS systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge of supporting with research Capacity and Capability
- Knowledge of regulatory metrics applicable to the set up and delivery of research studies within the NHS
- Knowledge of tools supporting commercial and non-commercial clinical research in the NHS
- Research management experience
