Public Health Principal, Public Health (2 roles)

Shire Hall, Warwick, alternative WCC office locations, and agile working
37 hours per week, permanent contract.

This is an exciting and challenging time to work in Public Health as we work across our system to deliver our health and wellbeing ambitions.

We are a 40-strong team of friendly, committed and inclusive people with a collaborative approach to getting things done. We work with partners within the council as well as those outside, spanning the public, community and private sectors.

We are looking for two ambitious and collaborative Public Health Principals to join our team to drive the delivery of complex public health and partnership programmes, projects and strategies that contribute to improving the health of people living in the area.

There are 2 roles available, with a focus on: 1) the wider determinants of health and influencing place-shaping across Warwickshire to create the conditions for improving population health and wellbeing outcomes; 2) leading and developing Warwickshire's Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) approach and help shape decisions that improve health and reduce inequalities across the county.
