Job description

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a tier one prominent Contractor on a major infrastructure project involving roads, drainage, and utilities. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Tier One contractor delivering complex civil engineering works to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer subcontractor packages, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Prepare and review valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and provide accurate financial reporting.
• Support procurement activities and negotiate subcontract agreements.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on major infrastructure projects.
• Background working with Tier One contractors.
• Strong knowledge of roads, drainage, and utilities construction.
• Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors effectively.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
