Main duties of the job - You'll manage the delivery of redevelopment projects from initiation through design, procurement, construction and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, effectively, on programme and within budget.
- You'll develop and maintain project plans, programmes and milestones, monitor progress and provide clear updates on risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and financial performance. You'll identify and resolve issues, escalating where appropriate to keep projects moving.
- Working across a complex healthcare environment, you'll coordinate clinical, operational, estates and technical teams alongside designers, consultants, contractors and suppliers. You'll support the management and administration of NEC and/or JCT contracts and procurement in line with NHS and public sector requirements.

- You'll coordinate enabling works, decanting, service moves and commissioning, helping to minimise disruption to live clinical services.
- You'll prepare project documentation, reports and presentations for project and governance meetings, maintain accurate records and ensure stakeholders are kept informed throughout delivery.
