Food Production Operatives - Immediate Start Available

Looking for reliable, long‑term work with great shift options? Join our growing production team in Burton‑Upon‑Trent. We have immediate starts and a choice of rotating or night shifts.

Location

Burton‑Upon‑Trent

Working Hours
Weekly Rotating Shifts (Monday-Friday):

• 6:00am - 2:00pm
• 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Night Shift (Sunday-Thursday):

• 10:00pm - 6:00am

Pay Rates
Rotating Shift - Production Operative / Packer:

• Standard: £13.05 per hour
• Monday to Saturday OT: £16.31 per hour
• Sunday Overtime: £19.58 per hour

Night Shift:

• Standard: £15.05 per hour
• Sunday-Friday Overtime: £18.31 per hour
• Saturday Overtime: £21.58 per hour

What You'll Be Doing

• Assembling and packing food products on a production line
• Meeting daily targets while maintaining quality standards
• Following all Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures
• Working as part of a supportive, fast‑moving team
