GEM Partnership are excited to be working with a new client on an exclusive basis to support them with staffing solutions, A world class global manufacturer they are looking to recruit into the Production team, they are a proud employer of choice and offer a range of career opportunities, as a Production Operative you will be based in their Cleanroom and be responsible for carrying out controlled manufacturing processes.

Duties

Good communication skills and the ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures

Basic level understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

Good organisation and time management skills

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work as part of a team

Create a positive working environment by promoting the core values

Adhere to the principles of equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), health and safety (H&S), and health and wellbeing

Ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and all other governing/legal requirements

Ensure individual continuous development to improve personal and organisational performance

To undertake any other duties appropriate to the level of the post, as required

Ability to communicate effectively and build working relationships within teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A positive outlook with the ability to work under pressure and to work flexibility to meet business requirements

Required knowledge, skills or experience:

Previous experience of a manufacturing environment.

Experience of a clean room environment.

Experience of measuring and monitoring quality.

Location: Newton Aycliffe

Hours of work:

Continental Shifts - 12 hours days & Nights

Rates of pay:

£14.52 per hour
