  • Create a stimulating, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages participation and a love of learning.
  • Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the individual needs and abilities of pupils.
  • Assess and monitor pupils' progress, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for further development.
  • Establish clear classroom expectations and promote positive behaviour, respect, and cooperation.
  • Support pupils' social, emotional, and personal development alongside their academic progress.

  • Maintain accurate records of pupils' attainment, progress, attendance, and achievements.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupils' progress and development.
  • Ensure safeguarding, child protection, health and safety, and school policies are followed at all times.
  • Participate in staff meetings, parents' evenings, and professional development activities as required.

Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification, in accordance with the school's requirements.

  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Why Apply?
  • Full-time opportunity within a welcoming and inclusive school.
  • A rewarding role supporting pupils' educational experience.
  • Access to training and professional development opportunities.
  • Refer a Friend scheme - earn up to £150 collectively.
