Job summaryWe have a wonderful opportunity to join our Primary Care Mental Health Services in East and North Hertfordshire as an Operational Manager on a substantive basis.
The role provides opportunity for you to develop your management skills and be part of the development of new integrated ways of working with primary care colleagues. The increased provision of mental health services for primary care is a key part of community mental health transformation and this role will give you the opportunity to lead innovation. We are looking for fresh thinking and creative approaches that result in good outcomes for service users.
Main duties of the jobYou will work within the HPFT Adult Community Leadership team to ensure the effective coordination and operational delivery of HPFT Primary Care Mental Health Services input in primary care networks in East and North Hertfordshire. You will have consolidated your experience of working with adults experiecing mental ill health, with experience of line managing and supervising staff, and working with clinicians and multi-disciplinary teams to achieve service improvement.
You will have a passion for excellent primary care based mental health services, and the difference they can make to service users and their carers.
