- Relevant Post graduate Specialist Practitioner qualification (nursing roles) / Educated to Masters degree level or equivalent
- Clinical Leadership training

Experience Essential criteria - Previous experience in practice development
- Experience in taking forward clinical and service change
- Experience of working in a changing and uncertain environment
- Experience of delivering on development initiatives and leading change with individuals and teams
- Experience of working and engaging with staff and stakeholders at all levels
- Experience of using evidence to inform best practice
Skills and Knowledge Essential criteria - Knowledge of the national priorities relating to the Healthy Child Programme
