Job summary

In this role, you will provide expert people advice to inform key business decisions, helping to identify and manage people-related risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. You'll play a key role in ensuring the practical and lawful application of TUPE, as well as developing people strategies to support new business opportunities and contract retention.
Main duties of the job

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the operational delivery of people plans for new business transfers and contract retentions, ensuring TUPE compliance, best practice and consistency across all transfer activities. This role contributes directly to our growth strategy. Job OpportunityThis role is offered on a full time and permanent basis, working from home and with a salary of between £40,000-43,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.In this role, you will provide expert people advice to inform key business decisions, helping to identify and manage people-related risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
