Job summary

Are you an experienced People, HR, or Organisational Development professional looking for an opportunity to influence culture, leadership, workforce strategy, and organisational performance?As part of our newly established People & Culture Directorate, we are seeking an exceptional People & Culture Business Partner to work alongside senior clinical, operational, and corporate leaders to deliver transformational people solutions that improve colleague experience, organisational effectiveness, and service delivery.This is a strategic role with a strong focus on organisational development, culture change, workforce transformation, leadership development, and equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging. You will act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders and play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Trust's People Strategy and organisational objectives.
Main duties of the job

As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will: Partner with senior leaders to deliver workforce and organisational priorities.Support service redesign, workforce modernisation and organisational change programmes.Use workforce intelligence and people analytics to inform strategic decision-making and improve organisational performanceProvide expert workforce, organisational development, and employee relations advice on complex people matters

  • Significant experience in HR Business Partnering or Organisational Development within a complex organisation
  • Substantial experience in providing employee relations advice on complex people matters
  • Experience supporting complex organisational change and workforce planning programmes
  • Strong coaching, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills
  • Experience working with workforce data, staff engagement insights, and organisational performance
