Person specificationEducation Essential criteria - 3 GCSE or equivalent level of knowledge
Experience Essential criteria - Customer Service Experience
Desirable criteria - Previous experience in a Hospital Trust environment
Key Skills/Abilities Essential criteria - Team player with ability to establish sound relationships
- Ability to remain calm and wok effectively in a busy environment
- Ability to use initiative to make a decision with sphere of work and/or knowledge recognising where assistance is required
