Qualifications, Specific Experience & Training
Essential criteria
- Level 3 qualification (e.g. A-Level's, NVQ3) in Health & Social Care OR • A good standard of education to A-Level standard and the agreement to undertake the relevant Level 3 qualification on appointment. (Please discuss the apprenticeship opportunities available to aid the completion of the qualification with the recruiting manager)
- Experience working in a clinical environment an undertaking a range of relevant clinical skills with proven competencies.
Knowledge and Skills
Essential criteria
- Evidence of competence in relevant specialist skills or tasks
- Previous experience and training of manual handling patients using appropriate equipment
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Good customer service
- Computer and keyboard skills
Desirable criteria
- Able to provide support and reassurance to patients
