This is a pivotal senior leadership role for an experienced governance and partnership professional who can operate confidently across a complex, high profile and multi-regional local government pension environment.

The postholder will lead the Central Pool Partnership Office (CPPO) function and provide the governance, relationship and delivery leadership needed to support the LGPS Central Investment Pool collaboration.

The role sits at the interface between the partner pension funds, their senior officers and elected members, and LGPS Central Ltd. It requires the ability to turn collective ambition into clear governance actions, using sound judgement, independence and building credibility with all parties to achieve this.
