Person specificationEssential and Desirable Essential criteria - RCN
- Evidence of sound Children's Nursing experience
- Evidence of clinical management experience
- Experience at senior level including participation in recruitment and selection procedures and staff appraisal
- Ability to manage and lead a large team of staff
- Experience of working on own initiative and managing time effectively
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of health care providers
Desirable criteria - Experience of working in an outpatient setting
- Evidence of participation in risk and clinical governance agendas
