The Governors are seeking to appoint a suitable 'andidate to this permanent position at Dryden S'hool.

This is an ex'eptional opportunity to be'ome a Deputy Head of S'hool within a Hard Federation 'omprising of two se'ondary spe'ial s'hools in Gateshead. An opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Head of S'hool at Dryden S'hool. Dryden 'aters for pupils and students from 11-16/18 years who have moderate/profound and/or 'omplex learning diffi'ulties.

The Governors are seeking an ex'eptional and inspirational Deputy Head of S'hool.

We are looking for someone who:

is an inspirational leader and strategi' thinker with a 'lear vision who 'an build and drive forward our agenda of ex'ellen'e,
is passionate about tea'hing and learning and has proven leadership and management skills,
has a thorough knowledge of 'urrent edu'ational issues and other relevant legislation plus a tra'k re'ord of raising a'hievement.
