HEADTEA'HER - DRYDEN S'HOOL The Governing Body of Dryden S'hool is seeking to appoint a headtea'her with a ba'kground of tea'hing ex'ellen'e and a 'lear and demonstrable 'ommitment to spe'ial edu'ation. You will have the vision and the strategi' leadership to enhan'e the quality of all areas of provision and ensure out'omes for 'hildren are at the heart of everything that is done. You will be expe'ted to lead a dedi'ated and high-performing staff team whilst motivating and supporting a positive 'ulture of improvement.
You will be an inspirational leader who will use the opportunities and fa'ilities offered to innovate and develop the s'hool into a flagship provider and 'ommunity resour'e.
As Headtea'her, you will play a key role in shaping the strategi' development of the s'hool, re'ognising our many strengths and building upon these to ensure every 'hild thrives. Strategi' and refle'tive, skilled at identifying strengths and shaping next steps through eviden'e-informed de'ision-making.
