At Ground Control, we're looking for an Operations Manager to lead our growing Grounds Maintenance operation across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for operational performance, customer satisfaction, team development and business growth. You'll lead Contract Managers and Supervisors across Ireland, helping shape the future of a business that has achieved significant year-on-year growth.
What you'll do: - Lead operational delivery across ROI and NI.
- Develop and support Contract Managers and Supervisors.
- Drive contract performance, service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Lead health, safety and compliance across the region.
- Support workforce planning and subcontractor performance.
- Review operational and financial performance to improve profitability.
- Help mobilise new contracts and support future growth.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and additional revenue.

What we're looking for: - Experience leading multi-site operations within Grounds Maintenance, Landscaping, Environmental Services, Facilities Management or a similar environment.
- Strong leadership experience managing managers and operational teams.
- A proven track record of delivering operational and commercial performance.
- Experience managing subcontractor delivery models.
- Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness, including budgets, forecasting and profitability.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Ireland.
