Social Services Occupational Therapist in Lifelong Services Reviewing Team in Chichester, earning up to £38 per hour. What you will do:
- Conduct strengths-based reviews with a variety of adults, from those with physical disabilities to those with acquired brain injuries.
- Complete mental capacity act assessments and Continuing Health Care checklists.
- Develop and implement personalised support plans, offering advice and recommending home adaptations where needed.
- Utilize up-to-date evidence-based practice to guide your interventions and carry out necessary risk assessments.
- Participate in Multi-Disciplinary assessments using your specialist knowledge.
