We have an exciting ongoing opportunity for an experienced HCPC registered Occupational Therapist working within the Adults and Older People's Review Team in Enfield. You will earn up to £35.38 per hour in this full-time role. What you will do:

- Conduct comprehensive annual reviews and reassessments of care packages for adults and older people.
- Evaluate current care packages and recommend changes where necessary, ensuring that they meet the client's needs effectively.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including carers and partners, working together to provide the best care outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records that adhere to professional standards and uphold the integrity of client care.
- Engage with service users and families to gather feedback and enhance the support provided.

To thrive in this role, you'll need to be HCPC registered and a capable car driver to efficiently manage your case load and visit clients as required.
