Collaborating closely with the Urology CNS team, you'll contribute to enhancing FDS and 62-day targets, ultimately elevating the standard of patient care.

  • Triage incoming patient calls, initiating appropriate responses based on established protocols.
  • Monitor, audit, and report on service, inputting data to Somerset cancer database.
  • Conduct pre-planned outbound calls to patients under healthcare professional guidance.
  • Contribute to clinical/quality management team reviews of pathway issues. Ensure MDT outcomes are actioned, liaising as needed.
  • Manage admin and results for CNS team review, supporting timely diagnoses within 28 days.
