NCG Security Lead - IFM Contract

Lead Security Excellence Across NCG

Are you an experienced security professional looking for an opportunity to influence and shape security services across a large and diverse organisation?

NCG is seeking an exceptional Security Lead to oversee the delivery, compliance and continuous improvement of security services across our college estate. This is a strategic and operational leadership role responsible for ensuring the safety of our students, staff, visitors and assets while driving high standards of service delivery through our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract.

The Opportunity

As Security Lead, you will work closely with Estates teams, IFM partners and college stakeholders to deliver a consistent, professional and customer-focused security service across multiple sites. You will play a key role in maintaining security standards, enhancing operational performance and supporting the ongoing development of security systems, processes and technologies.
