The Music Production and Performancedepartment are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Technician tosupport our students, and the management of our music tech and studioresources.

Candidates should have industryexperience to support a range of music production technical skills, includinglive music production skills, that will help assist students in theirproductions of practical projects, while embedding professional practices andindustry techniques, supporting the wider teaching team to induct, coach andmonitor the effective use and management of SSC music production and studioresources.

This is a great opportunity for anenthusiastic musician with strong background in technical aspects of liveperformance and production to work alongside our teaching team to bring out theconfidence and creativity of our students, in a supportive environment, helpingto drive the professionalism of our students towards future opportunities inthe industry.

The successful applicant shouldideally have supporting qualifications either in music production or musicperformance / musicianship skills or relevant industry experience, alongsideideally a proven track record of working with students to support, inspire andmotive, while ensuring the technical needs of the department are met.
