Multi Skilled Engineer (Resident) - SW3, London Proman Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced
Multi Skilled Engineer for a fantastic
temp-to-perm opportunity based at the
Institute of Cancer Research, London (SW3 6JB). Location: SW3, London
Pay Rate: £19.23 per hour PAYE
Permanent Salary: £42,000 per annum
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
Duration: Temp to Perm
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off rotating shift, covering Monday to Sunday
Hours: 7:00am - 7:00pm
Essential Qualifications: - Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installation
- Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installation
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- AM2 Assessment
- 18th Edition Qualification
The Role: We are looking for a qualified and reliable
electrically biased Multi Skilled Engineer to join a busy and professional facilities team. You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring building systems operate efficiently and safely while maintaining high standards across the site.

Ideal Candidate: - Fully qualified electrician with the above certifications
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance/building services
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, flexible and able to work rotating shifts
- Experience in a commercial, healthcare, research, or educational environment is advantageous
