Job overviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the MSK Therapies service. The post will be based at Conquest Hospital however there may be opportunities to support other sites across the community. You will be part of a highly motivated, supportive and friendly team, and will interact with a wide range of organisations and clients.
This is a part time post, for 21 hours per week.
Main duties of the jobThe role will involve the provision of administrative support to the MSK Triage Team, ensuring patient administration systems are kept up to date, booking appointments and being a first point of contact for patients via phone or email.
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual who has previous experience of working within a busy office environment, or similar.

Person specificationQualifications/Training Essential criteria - Good general level of education including Maths and English
- Evidence of computer literacy
Desirable criteria - NVQ Level 3 in Administration or proven equivalent experience
Experience Essential criteria - Experience of working in a busy office environment
- Experience of following policies and procedures
Desirable criteria - Experience of Patient Administration Systems
Skills Essential criteria - Excellent customer service, via telephone and in person
- Good organisational/time management skills
Desirable criteria - Ability to undertake work of a repetetive nature
