Advert Wording We're looking for an enthusiastic
Mobile Catering Supervisor to help deliver high-quality catering services across our schools and commercial premises in Kirklees.
In this varied role, you'll provide short- and long-term cover in different kitchens, leading and supporting catering teams while ensuring meals are prepared and served to a high standard. You'll need to be flexible, adaptable and able to travel between locations, as no two days will be the same.
What you'll be doing:- Planning, preparing and serving up to 200 meals a day in busy kitchens
- Supervising and supporting catering staff to deliver a great service
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, quality and customer care
- Completing required paperwork using electronic systems
- Working closely with schools and customers, responding positively to feedback
What we're looking for:- Experience of producing large volumes of meals in a catering setting
- Experience of supervising staff and delivering excellent customer service
- Good IT and admin skills
- A flexible approach and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (or ability to travel independently)
