, Buckinghamshire, who are seeking an enthusiastic
Maths Teacher to join their team from September.
This role is well suited to a Maths specialist who is passionate about building confidence, resilience, and strong problem-solving skills in young people.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Maths lessons across
Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting students in developing both fluency and reasoning while working towards strong GCSE outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:- Teaching Mathematics across KS3 and KS4 (GCSE)
- Planning well-structured lessons that stretch and support learners
- Developing pupils' problem-solving and numeracy skills
- Monitoring progress and providing clear, constructive feedback
- Adapting teaching approaches to meet a range of abilities
- Supporting exam preparation and assessment readiness
- Maintaining high standards of behaviour and engagement
- Working collaboratively within the Maths department
- Communicating effectively with parents, carers, and pastoral staff
Who We're Looking ForWe welcome applications from Maths teachers who can demonstrate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Maths at secondary level
- ECTs encouraged to apply with relevant placements
- Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Mathematics
- Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
- An organised, adaptable, and proactive teaching style
- Availability to start in September
- Ability to commute to Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire
