Starting Salary is £43,269 per annum
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Lead Our Marketing Vision
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to lead the College's marketing function, drive student recruitment, and brand awareness. This role is part of the Directorate of Brand, Careers & Strategic Engagement, and is a member of the College's College Leadership Group.

You will lead our Marketing, Schools Liaison, and Design & Print teams, overseeing digital marketing, social media, website development, PR, publications, events promotion, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver the College's marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Manage the College website, social media, publications, and press relations.
• Use market intelligence and data insights to inform decision-making and maximise campaign impact.
• Oversee marketing budgets, external suppliers, and promotional activities.
• Support major College events and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

About You
You will be a strategic, creative, and results-driven marketing leader with:
• Experience in a senior marketing role.
• Strong digital marketing, communications, and brand management expertise.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.

This post is multi site. However, Suffolk New College is a multi-campus site therefore you will be required to work at and travel between campuses
