Job summaryThe Estates Department are looking to enhance their maintenance team and would like to add a full time Band 5 Maintenance Electrician to their team of staff.You will work as a member of the Estates team across multi-disciplined trades.
Main duties of the jobYou will provide a comprehensive electrical service to all wards and departments in a multi-disciplined environment, ensuring compliance with Trust safety standards and procedures.
You will provide emergency response and undertake on-call duties as part of the on-call team to ensure that emergency repairs occurring out of normal hours are attended to. You must possess a level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification or equivalent.

Person Specification Skills Essential - Good level of written and verbal English skills

Qualifications Essential - 18th Edition IEE wiring regulations
- NVQ 3 in Electrical Installations or BTEC ONC in Electrical Engineering or City and Guilds in Electrical Engineering
- Time served apprenticeship
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable - City & Guilds 2392 Inspection and Testing Certificate
