Job Introduction Royal Borough of Greenwich Legal Business Administration Vacancy (6 months FTC / secondment) Scale 6 The jobWe are looking for a Legal Business Administrator for 6 months (with potential to extend) on a fixed term or secondment basis
Greenwich Legal Services is committed to being a high performing in-house legal service which plays an essential part in the achievement of the Royal Borough's priorities and objectives for the benefit of our community .
If you are a hard working team player with good interpersonal, IT, and organisational skills, then you are just the person we are looking for to provide support to the Lawyers in Legal Services .
You will be part of a dedicated team who provide all the necessary administrative support and practice management and are at the heart of the Council's team of in-house Lawyers .
Experience of working in administration or a legal environment is desirable. What is essential is a "can do" approach to work, and a willingness to go that extra mile to ensure that work is carried out to the highest standards. Prioritising workload and following established process and procedure is essential. Use of a wide range of digital tools is desirable. The post will be focused on processing payments of invoices, triaging and completing administrative tasks, preparation of bundles and processing documents for signature on behalf of the Council.
