South Ayrshire Learning Disabilities Service, is looking for Support Practitioners to join their team.
South Ayrshire is a very unique 24/7 Service, offering at home support and community supports to people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, on the autistic spectrum & mental health issues.
The life of a Support Practitioner at South Ayrshire:No two weeks are the same. You could be supporting a someone to meet up with their friends, go out for a meal and attend activities. The hours are varied to meet the needs of each person and can include sleep over shifts (paid at a rate of £107.60 per sleepover!) . The people we support are encouraged to become active members of their community through accessing local resources, building on skills, maintaining and developing friendships, employment opportunities and working towards agreed outcomes.
We need you to have a Full UK, Clean, Manual Drivers Licence and access to a Vehicle.
