This role offers the opportunity to gain experience in advanced haematology practice, including CAR-T therapy, haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) and other novel treatments. We are seeking a motivated pharmacist to join our team as part of an established job-share arrangement.

They will contribute to the implementation of new therapies, service development and quality improvement initiatives. The role includes responsibilities across inpatient and outpatient haematology services, including HSCT, CAR-T therapy and ward-based clinical pharmacy services. Working closely with consultants, nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team, the post holder will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care and support ongoing service development. Suitably qualified independent prescribers may have opportunities to utilise and develop their prescribing skills within outpatient services, in line with service requirements.
