Fixed Term Contract - Ends 31/07/2028 Do you enjoy using data and statistical analysis to support fair, accurate and effective assessment? We're looking for a Psychometrician to join the Professional Services Curriculum and Assessment Team at Kent and Medway Medical School. Working closely with the Lead for Assessment and the Lead for Admissions, you'll provide statistical and business analysis across assessment, recruitment, admissions and outreach, helping generate high-quality data and reports that support continuous improvement.
As Psychometrician you can expect to be involved in: - Conducting psychometric and statistical analysis across assessment, recruitment and admissions data
- Producing results data, reports and analysis for a range of audiences
- Supporting data quality, accuracy and reporting across KMMS systems
- Providing statistical support for key assessment and admissions activity, including MMIs, AKTs and OSCEs
What will you bring to the role? - A degree, or equivalent, in a relevant subject such as mathematics, statistics or psychology
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Office and statistical software such as SPSS
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail when working with data and records
- Strong communication, numeracy and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
