We are now looking for a passionate and professional Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our happy Pre-School team.
The Role: You will work closely with our bright and curious 3 to 5 year olds in the Pre-School Room. Your main goal will be to help them learn, play, and get ready for their big move to primary school.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the Team Leader to plan and lead creative learning activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage EYFS framework.
Act as a Key Person for a specific group of children, monitoring and tracking their development.
Create a safe, clean, and highly engaging learning environment.
Build strong partnerships with parents and carers through regular updates and feedback.
Ensure strict adherence to all safeguarding, health, and safety policies.
What We Are Looking For
A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare e.g., NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3 or above.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and how to apply it.
Previous experience working with preschool-aged children 3 to 5 years.
An energetic, playful, and patient approach to early years education.
Excellent communication skills and a true team-player attitude.
