Job Title: International Student Welcome Ambassador

Pay Rate:
£13.45 per hour

We are seeking enthusiastic ambassadors to help welcome our new cohort of international students to ARU during WelcomeWeek.

Role Overview:

As an International Welcome Ambassador, you will play a vital role in greeting students arriving from our airport pick-up service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting students as they get off the Coaches and assisting with luggage
• Directing students to check-in points
• Running the International Student Helpdesk and answering questions
• Providing campus tours to the new International students so that they feel welcomed

What We're Looking For:

The International Office is seeking ambassadors who are:

Proactive and approachable

Skilled in delivering excellent customer service

Knowledgeable about ARU

Strong communicators who can make students feel at home in a new country
