Main duties of the jobTheHR People Coordinator will provide professional, responsive and efficientcoordination and administrative support across the People & Wellbeingfunction.
Workingclosely with the HR People Managers, the post-holder will act as a first pointof contact for many colleague and manager queries, ensuring that peopleprocesses are delivered consistently, accurately and in line withorganisational policies and employment legislation.
Therole will contribute significantly to the employee lifecycle, support workforcewellbeing initiatives and maintain the HR systems, records and processes thatunderpin an effective People function. The position plays a vital role inensuring managers and colleagues receive a high-quality service that reflectsFCMS values and culture.

Job description Job responsibilitiesDay to Day Duties to include, but notexhaustive: HR Coordination &Employee Lifecycle Coordinate and administer all employmentlifecycle activities including contractual changes and offboarding.
Prepare contracts of employment, offerletters and related employment documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records, HRsystems and personnel files in line with GDPR and data protection requirements.
Ensure HR documentation is stored,maintained and archived appropriately.
Monitor probationary review processes andprovide reminders to managers where appropriate.
Employee Relations Support Act as a first point of contact forroutine HR queries from managers and colleagues.
Provide guidance on policies, proceduresand employment processes, escalating more complex issues to the HR PeopleManager.

Support compliance monitoring including ProfessionalRegistrations, right-to-work documentation, and other employment requirements.
Assist with internal audits and assuranceactivities including CQC, Information Governance and workforce compliancerequirements.
Support the People Manager with datagathering and analysis to inform workforce planning and decision-making.
Wellbeing, Culture& Engagement Support delivery of Wellbeinginitiatives.
Assist with colleague engagementactivities, recognition programmes and wellbeing campaigns.
Promote FCMS values, behaviours and apositive workplace culture across the organisation.
Assist with colleague surveys andfeedback initiatives and support subsequent actions.
Payroll & Benefits Administration Liaise with Payroll to ensure accurateand timely processing of leavers and contractual changes.
Support administration of annual leaverecords, sickness recording and workforce-related benefits.
Resolve routine payroll and employmentadministration queries promptly and professionally.
Stakeholder Relationships Build positive working relationships withcolleagues and managers across all services.
Provide a welcoming, approachable andprofessional People Team presence.
Work collaboratively with internal andexternal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination ofpeople-related activities.
Continuous Improvement &Development Identify opportunities to improveadministrative processes and service delivery.
