Housing & Resettlement Caseworker to join our Accommodation Gateway team. This is a role where no two days are the same. You'll support people with a diagnosis of, or traits consistent with, Personality Disorder, alongside others with complex needs, helping them secure accommodation, build stability and move towards greater independence.
You'll work alongside individuals, housing providers and partner organisations to create positive outcomes, overcome barriers and help people take the next step forward.

- The ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with a range of partners.
- Confidence to motivate others, solve problems and negotiate positive outcomes.
- Experience of working with housing providers to prevent homelessness and support people into settled accommodation.
- A willingness to learn more about Personality Disorder and complex needs.
- A commitment to your own learning and development as a practitioner.
