Main duties of the jobThe Hospital Director will provide senior medical leadership for operational delivery across the Health Board, with a focus on the Urgent and Emergency Care (UEC) Improvement and Stabilisation Plan and Rapid Release Protocol
The Hospital Director will chair the Clinical Change Group and report progress to the UEC Programme Board.
The role will strengthen working between Corporate Medical, Operational and Divisional teams, supporting safe, effective and sustainable clinical pathways.
