SEND PASTORAL

Grade F SCP 12 or 17 dependent on experience

£28,598 - £31,022 pro-rata (Pay award pending)

Actual Salary £21,510 - £23,333

We are looking for an HLTA to join our strong and supportive team. As an HLTA you will become part of a caring organisation deeply focused on securing outstanding futures for young people.

You will need to be experienced, enthusiastic, proactive, and familiar with the secondary school context, have strong behaviour management skills and have good administrative and organisational skills. Experience in delivering emotional literacy, SEMH or Autism support is essential.
