Higher Education Academic Coordinator

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for highly organised, detail-oriented person to join our NCG Higher Education team as an HE Academic Coordinator.

In this varied and rewarding role, you will support the delivery of high-quality HE Registry services across NCG, working closely with colleagues, and external stakeholders. You will coordinate key academic administration processes, including student registration and certification, committee administration, quality assurance activities, graduation planning, and student records management, alongside managing aspects of our HE Administration team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative, organisational and communication skills who enjoys working with data, developing processes, and contributing to an outstanding student experience.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting HE student registration, certification and data returns
  • Producing and analysing management information and regulatory data
  • Coordinating boards, committees and quality assurance activities
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting graduation, student surveys, appeals and complaints processes
  • Maintaining HE policies, procedures and SharePoint resources
