A typical day in this role includes:

• Working collaboratively with a HGV Driver to help deliver ourproducts to stores in a safe and secure way.
• Physically transferring products in secure cages and totes from the deliveryvehicle to store locations.
• Supporting with a variety of tasks which may include map reading, loading andunloading, assisting a HGV Driver with any challengingmaneuvers.
• Ensuringthat all stock being delivered is clean and undamaged; reporting any issues toyour Line Manager.
• When having interactions with store teams or members of the public you areprofessional and friendly
• Working collaboratively with the team to actively reduce shrinkage or theft ofstock.
• Keeping the work area clean and tidy by adopting a "Clean-As-You-Go"discipline. (This may include, but not limited to: cleaning up spills, wipingdown surfaces, removing waste bins and generally keeping the work area, toolsand equipment clean, safe, and free from hazard)
  Assisting the Operational Team in all aspects of Health and Safety andreporting all accidents/incidents/ near misses immediately to your LineManager.

What you'll need:

• Previous experience within a transport or deliver environment (notessential)
• Flexible approach to performing other duties as requested by your LineManager
• Good level of numeracy
• Excellent time and attendance record
• Good teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work one on one Always demonstrate and maintain a high level of health and safety awarenessaround the warehouse, ensuring own safety and the safety of others. Adoptingthe ASW, H&S Values: Always Safe at work; think smart, thinksafe
