Person specificationQualifications Essential criteria - Registered Nurse
- Educated to Degree level
Desirable criteria - Evidence of recent speciality related learning
Experience Essential criteria - Demonstrate experience at a band 6 or Senior Band 5 level
- Evidence of mentorship/teaching experience
Desirable criteria - Recent experience working within gastroenterology or Hepatology
- Demonstrable autonomous decision making
Knowledge Essential criteria - Evidence of continuing professional development
Desirable criteria - Working knowledge of patient administration systems
- Hepatological conditions
Key skills Essential criteria - Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively at all levels, with good listening skills as well as clear written and oral presentation skills
- Ability to work in a highly confidential manner
- Positive approach to customer care and seeks to enhance service provision
- Can demonstrate initiative
Desirable criteria - Good multimedia communication skills
- Advocates, drives and role models optimum flexibility and efficiency
