The Opportunity

The Health & Safety Training Instructor supports Keele University's safety culture through the delivery of high-quality accredited training. You will deliver engaging health and safety programmes, develop training materials, maintain compliance with awarding body standards, and support quality assurance and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for a training professional committed to delivering high-quality, compliant training and supporting learner development.

The post holder will deliver accredited health and safety training and ensure compliance with awarding body, regulatory, and university requirements.

You will have experience in:
  • Delivering NUCO accredited health and safety training (e.g. First Aid, Manual Handling, Fire Safety)
  • Working within awarding body frameworks and standards
  • Developing training materials and assessments
  • Applying inclusive teaching practices
  • Managing training records and documentation
  • Using health and safety legislation and best practice to inform training delivery
