Job summaryApplications are invited for an exciting opportunity to join the ward 12 nursing team in Glan Clwyd Hospital. The role will involve team working to support the Doctors and Nursing staff in supporting people in our care on a busy renal ward.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the jobTo assist registered nurses/practitioners to deliver based care to patients/clients, working in partnership with other health care professionals, the patient their family and carers.
Deliver patient care as documented in the nursing care plan. Carry out a wide range of duties under the supervision of a registered nurse for the period of the shift.

- Level 2 in health and social care or equivalent experience
