  • Encourage students to develop critical thinking, analytical skills, independent learning, and the ability to evaluate information and different viewpoints.
  • Promote an understanding of historical events, geographical issues, cultures, religions, societies, and contemporary global challenges, where relevant to the subject taught.
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management, following the school's behaviour policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one, in accordance with the school's recruitment requirements.
